• Payment

• Cash, credit and debit cards are accepted.

• A booking fee of 50% may be requested when booking a treatment. 

• Medical conditions

• Please let us know if you have any medical conditions, as some conditions may prevent you from having certain treatments.

• Let us know of any medication you are taking. If you are prescribed medication during a course of treatment, please let us know. All information will be kept strictly confidential. 

• Pregnancy

• Even if no one else knows, please inform us if you are pregnant prior to treatment. This information will be kept strictly confidential. 

• Access​

• We are situated on the first floor and have no disabled access or facilities. 

• Late arrival​ and cancellations

• We require 48 hours cancellation notice; otherwise a charge of 50% will apply.

• Late cancellations will result in treatment being deducted from course. 

• For the benefit of all our clients, please arrive punctually. Late arrival may result in your treatment time being shortened but you will still be charged the full amount for your treatment. 

• Refunds​

• No refunds on unwanted treatments or gift vouchers. Faulty goods will be exchanged within 28 days of purchase, please contact the clinic immediately if you have faulty goods on 01708 444846.

• Consultations

• We offer free consultations (except with the nurse £50).

• Courses​

• Courses are valid for one year unless otherwise stated, and must be used within that time. Please note, these are non-transferable. 

• Gift Vouchers

• Gift Vouchers can be purchased online or in the clinic. If purchased online, we will aim to send your Gift Vouchers within 48 hours of purchase. It can be used to purchase treatments and products. Gift Vouchers are non transferable. Your Gift Voucher is valid for one year from purchase date.

• Your visit​

• The salon is a place of relaxation for you and others; we would therefore request you switch off your mobile phone. 

• The clinic has no childcare facilities. Due to the services we supply we do not feel the clinic is a safe environment for children. 

• Unfortunately we are unable to offer disabled access/toilet facilities.
