Mesotherapy (as known as Poly Revitalisation) involves a series of mini-injections of a rich cocktail of vitamins, amino acids and trace elements combined with very fine hyaluronic acid, that revitalizes and stimulates the skin’s natural processes. For precise and specialist technique using a NanoSoft needle allowing slow dispersion of active ingredients into the skin tissue, used with one or a combination of two unique formulas into the skin. Improve radiance and fine lines, the FILLMED peels can be a standalone treatment are are incorporated into the Advanced Skin Revitalisation treatment. The Light and Bright peels are suitable for all skin types and conditions even suitable for sensitive skin thanks to Gluconolactone.
Gluconolactone is the lactone form of gluconic acid obtained from glucose and bio-oxidation. A cyclic chemical structure resulting in a keratolytic action that is as effective as AHAs and better tolerated. Combined with other active ingredients, they reinforce the therapeutic effect, improve tolerance and overall results.
There are two different types of peels that can be used in this treatment Light or Bright peel, this will be personalised to your skin condition. Both are suitable for all skin types, Light Peel more suitable for congested and acne skin, Bright Peel more suitable for ageing and pigmentation.
One week before a chemical peel treatment, you should not have a hair removal treatment, electrolysis or lasers on the area to be treated. Do not shave the area concerned up to 4 hours prior to the peel. You should avoid sun exposure for an entire week after the peel.

What is different about this?
Advanced Skin Revitalisation treatment is using a specialist technique with an innovative Nanosoft needle combined with a unique FILLMED formula NCTF 135. It targets the causes of skin aging then corrects the signs of skin aging by creating a re-boost of fibroblast activity, which are responsible for the production of collagen, elastin and hyaluronic acid. This skin revitalisation formula is unique to FILLMED and is made up of Hyaluronic Acid plus 59 other ingredients including: Vitamins, Amino Acids, Co-Enzymes, Nucleic Acids and Minerals.
What does NCTF stand for and what does it do?
New Cellular Treatment Factor (NCTF 135) stimulates the skin without changing the facial features or expressions combined with Hylaronic Acid (HA) they can effectively smooth out fine lines, restores radiance, deeply nourishes the skin, and plumps the skin. NCTF 135 is highly effective and clinically proven to improve skin quality, hydration and fine lines as it delivers the unique ingredients into the skin. A course of treatments is recommended a 3-5 sessions at every two-to-three week intervals. Maintaining sessions every 3 to 6 months depending on the requirements of your skin and the ageing grade. No downtime is necessary, just a slight risk of redness or bruising at the injection sites that will quickly and naturally disappear. There is minimal or no pain as the NanoSoft needle is so short and fine it can hardly be felt on the skin.
